1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

  • Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged product received

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Missing item in the order

  • Order cancelled before dispatch

  • Order lost during transit

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographs/videos of the package and products.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Delay caused by courier or unforeseen circumstances

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or improperly stored after delivery

  • Minor packaging or labeling variations

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a genuine quality issue.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

5. Return Verification

In certain cases, customers may be asked to:

  • Share product photographs/videos

  • Return the product for quality inspection
